We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take over a warm desk in our HR Division. Managing a warm and competitive candidate and client base, we are looking for experienced HR Recruiters with a passion for the creative industries to join our experienced HR Team.
Maintaining the excellent reputation of the HR division, you'll manage the full 360 process for amazing clients your candidates will want to work with! In addition to the recruitment day job, you'll assist in our annual mentoring programme as well as hosting HR networking events to maintain relationships and be at the forefront of pressing issues affecting our businesses.
Ideally with exposure to all levels of HR recruitment, we're looking for credible consultants who can competency base interview up to a senior level and provide advice and coaching throughout the interview process.

The team comprises of 4 experienced and knowledgeable consultants - Emma focusing on the senior/interim side, Stephanie working mid to senior/Talent, and Joe and Vanessa managing the entry to mid level market. Continuing our unrivalled reputation in candidate management and our enviable candidate database, all our consultants recruit 360, however are supported by superstar Resourcer Francesca who is responsible for candidate attraction for live roles and networking for future opportunities with our clients.
