Handle have partnered with a leading global entertainment company based in Chiswick who are looking for a HR Systems Administrator to come on board for an initial 12 month FTC.
The company are in the end stages of implementing a new HR system (Fieldglass/SAP) for their non-permanent workforce and are looking for someone to manage the HR system once it goes live (starters, leavers, changes.)
You will be responsible for setting up non-permanent employees on the HR system when they join the business and training them on how to use it - for example, how to submit their timesheets, how to request holidays and answering any general queries that they might have.
Ensuring the HR system is up-to-date and compliant at all times is key in this role and it will be your responsibility to check employee eligibility to work (visa & DBS checks when required) and to process leavers swiftly from the system once they have been terminated.
- Upload all documentation for new starters
- Create user profiles for new non-permanent employees
- Run reports for wider HR team
- Be first point of contact for HR related queries
- Ensure timesheets are submitted and approved on time
- Processing leavers and changes on the HR system
- Help train new starters on how to use the system easily
