Job Summary

The EMEIA Sales Operations team is looking for an In-store Technology Deployment Specialist to support the roll-out of technology initiatives. This individual will function as the deployment lead and trainer for partner on- boarding to the clients in-store digital programs. The candidate should have a passion for Consumer Technology and must be comfortable working alone as well as in a fast-paced dynamic team environment. Strong confident communication and organisation skills are a must for this position.

Key Experience

  • Substantial experience delivering training for technology programs (ideally experience training over VC)
  • Experience delivering sales presentations to company executives
  • Experience deploying technology programs
  • Demonstrable ability to execute a plan and deliver against objectives
  • Experience as a project manager in a global company is preferred
  • Good industry knowledge and an understanding of retail operations experience a strong plus
  • Ideally fluent in Spanish, German or Italian (other EMEIA languages a bonus)

Key Competencies & Skills

  • Ability and passion for presentations in front of various audiences including c-suite executives
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and written, ability to sustain group interest in long sessions
  • Expert user of MacOS and iOS, Apple Apps, and Apple hardware products
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Solution orientated thinking and ability to problem solve
  • Proficient in Excel/Numbers and Keynote applications
  • Ability to achieve results in an ambiguous environment

Description

Presenting & Training:

  • Deliver sales presentations to senior executives, collaborating cross-functionally with other departments
  • Drive the set up and delivery of training sessions with partners using virtual conference technology (Webex)
  • Document activities and store on the internal repository all the processes/training material created to ensure effective communications are available to the business where required

Communication :

  • Collaborative, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly
  • An ability to build and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Capable of taking direction from a project manager and providing regular timely updates
  • Work alongside multiple cross-functional teams at local and international levels
  • Ability to work in virtual teams, working cross-departments and time-zones
  • Confident working independently as well as a team player

Project management / record keeping:

  • Highly organised and logical approach to tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Ensuring the successful deployment of digital programs across EMEIA, adhering to quarterly targets. Working closely with multiple third party partners and regularly reporting to internal stakeholders on progress
  • Autonomously manage and support deployments of digital products working across multi partners and timezones

Improvements & troubleshooting management:

  • Escalate and track issues as needed
  • Act as primary point of contact for any partner issues during deployment
  • Provide feedback and document issues and improvements to support the development of future versions of digital programs
