Job Description

An opportunity to be part of a global customer service team has become available. We are seeking candidates who possess fantastic written and verbal communication skills, who have the capability of managing high volumes of inbound customer queries via telephone, email and social media platforms.

Duties involved but not limited to:

  • Responding to incoming queries and providing first class customer service at all times
  • Complaints handling
  • Data entry
  • Updating in-house database- logging calls and all communication
  • Processing tickets/ orders/ refunds
  • Providing administrative support

Required skills and desirable attributes:

  • Confident in the use of Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility working evenings and weekends as required
  • Calm, focused and capable of working effectively under pressure
  • Pro-active, organised and punctual

This is an ongoing temporary position, due to start ASAP. The duration of the booking will be for a minimum of 2-4 weeks with possibility of extension.
