We're working alongside a Global Multi Media Creative Business, looking for an interim Reward and Benefits Specialist to support their HR Operations team on a Maternity Contract - starting in March.
Working in a team of 5, you will take full responsibility for the total benefits process, manage salary benchmarking and take ownership for the integrity of data and reporting for analysis.
We are ideally looking for someone with a blend of both end to end benefits and reward, who can deliver a high level of service to their client groups.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and have excellent internal communications experience as you will be responsible for the total Benefit message, making sure employees know and utilise all that is offered.
You should be highly analytical and as well as bespoke dashboard reporting, the successful candidate will also have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, using V Look Ups and Pivot Tables.
