Handle HR are pleased to be partnered with an innovative Media company to recruit an interim Change and Transformation Consultant. If you are a Change Specialist with in-depth knowledge and experience of managing complex change projects from start to finish, then this role may be for you.
You will be working closely with the senior leadership team, and supporting them with their transformation project. Specifically, you will provide insight on each and every stage of the project by creating road maps, and you will also lead on work streams in relation to the transformation project.
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
- Extensive organisational change management experience, ideally within a global matrix organisation. Specifically, you will have experience with change projects related to restructure, delayering and transformation work.
- Have a track record of supporting organisations with the full change process from start to finish, including; running workshops, creating tools to audit change and mapping out processes.
- Demonstrate solid generalist HR knowledge and empathise with the human aspect of change management.
As an individual, you will be accustomed to working well within a fast paced environment; demonstrate a proactive attitude, and an ability to build genuine relationships with internal and external stakeholders quickly.
This is an interim role for a period of 12 months paying £500-800 per day. There may also be an option to be recruited on a FTC basis. If you are immediately available or on a one week notice period and you would like to be considered for this role, please submit your CV.
