The successful candidate will have excellent technical experience from within an International Organisation. Applicants must be excellent communicators across all levels of the business and be able to build strong relationships.
Reporting to the CFO and in regular contact with the CEO and Regional President this role will be responsible for all of the regions finances including performance analysis, risk, reporting and ensuring accuracy of data to enable key business decisions
Ensuring the team provide accurate financial data to support region and aid key decisions
Implement and maintain strong internal controls to minimise business risk
Communicate annual and long term forecasts
Monthly planning for region
Business partner with key senior management on capital, resources and controls
Advise on day to day financial decisions
Manage and improve the KPI reporting process for region
Maintain tax structure for each country
