This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong HR Manager who is looking for progression and a step up in their HR career. You must have an agency background be able to start by the end of the April to do a handover.
Reporting into the Finance Director and based in beautiful offices in Central London, you would be responsible for the Talent Manager and Talent Assistant and would manage all aspects of HR for c.120 employees.
Working with massive brands across tech, beauty and FMCG, you will be working on key projects on vision and culture pieces.
- Be a true business partner to all senior stakeholders across the business
- Coach line managers on employee life-cycle and best practice
- Work with the Talent team on training, candidate experience and talent mapping
- Managing the HR platform and internal communications.
