This is a really exciting opportunity to work with the leadership team within an exceptional creative agency, who are looking to appoint an interim Head of HR to cover a 9 month maternity contract.
This opportunity is for an established HR Business Partner who is is used to working autonomously, and is happy to work in a stand alone position.
We are only looking for applicants who have previous / current experience of working within a marketing / communications /Advertising agency.
As Interim Head of HR you would be responsible for the Talent Manager and Talent Assistant and would manage all aspects of HR for c.120 employees.
Working with massive brands across tech, beauty and FMCG, you will be working on key projects around the vision and culture of the business. You will be a true business partner to all senior stakeholders across the business. Coaching and upskilling line managers on employee life-cycle and best practice. You will work closely with the Talent team on training, candidate experience and talent mapping. As well as managing the HR platform and internal communications.
