Handle have partnered with a London based start-up business on the cusp of exciting growth plans looking for their first Head of People to join the business in a newly created part-time interim role!
Working directly into the founders and as part of the leadership team you will guide them through their next phase of growth by attracting and on-boarding top talent and helping to make them an incredible place to work as they scale. They have an absolutely brilliant foundation in place and a genuinely people-centric approach to how they work which makes an ideal setting for someone to join to take them to that next level.
The successful candidate will have a broad remit with responsibility for the full employee life cycle, from candidate experience to an incredible onboarding process to the celebration of milestones! You'll be working on key strategic projects as well as getting into the nitty gritty, building process and policy frameworks. You'll be someone who can engage with the business and inspire them with great ideas around how to ensure they remain a fun and inclusive place to work as they grow.
Ideally we are looking to speak to candidates who already have experience within the world of start-ups who love being hands on whilst also having strategic input. This will be a hugely satisfying role where you'll see immediate impact to the work you're doing and for the right person this could become a longer term, perm role!
