Handle are partnered with one of the world's largest publishing companies, and I'm excited to be supporting them to find an immediately available HR Adviser to support them on a temp to perm basis.
As People Adviser, you will coach employees and managers on a range of policies and procedures. You will use your expert knowledge and expertise to advise on a range of ER cases including performance management, sickness absence, disciplinary's and grievances. In addition to leading ER cases, you will get involved in a range of other HR related projects including system updates and working closely with the Recruitment team to ensure that job descriptions are well written and kept up to date.
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate thorough generalist HR Advisory experience. You must also be immediately available or on a one week notice period as you will be required to start ASAP. Previous experience gained within the Media and publishing industries is highly desirable but no essential so please still apply if you can demonstrate experience of working within a fast paced environment. This is a 6 months initially paying £35-40k.
