Handle Recruitment are excited to have partnered with a start up TV News Channel on a new role as they grow their HR & People Team.
Joining an ambitious team of three you will bridge the gap between the Head of HR and experienced HR Coordinator to provide advice and proactive solutions on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
You will be involved in all areas of HR including recruitment, benefits, talent management and learning and development. You will also get the opportunity to manage ER cases ranging from low level to more complex issues. To be successful in your application, you must have had experience in both advising and coaching managers on company policy, HR procedure and the business on changes within employment law and legislation.
In addition you will play a pivotal role in defining the HR landscape as this start up company grows, working collaboratively on key HR initiatives in performance management, organisational design and restructuring as the business expands and evolves.
As a new role to the team, this initial 6 month contract has potential to extend longer or be made permanent, so we're looking for immediately available HR Generalists looking for a team they could progress with too.

- Ability to manage a range of ER issues
- Ability to deliver complex matters in a timely and efficient way
- Exceptional knowledge of employment law
- Consultative and collaborative team player
- Experience within a fast-paced, creative and evolving business
- CIPD qualification or working towards
