We are proudly working alongside established, valued and proactive HR team within an exciting and expanding industry. Together we are on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 6-12 month contract, based in heart of Soho.
This newly created role has been developed in line with the current growth and expansion of the organisation and is an excellent opportunity for somebody already acting at that Advisory level to assist with a new project.
Working in partnership with the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing the generalist HR offering to your client group currently going through a re-structure.
You will be spending 60% of your role responsible for the integration of this restructure and project management for the harmonisation for this transition. 40% of your time will be spent supporting the Senior HR Business Partner and coordinating this process.
This opportunity would suit an experienced HR Officer/ HR Advisor who is keen to step up and looking for a great contract to springboard their career.
You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries across the business, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide first line advice and support to line managers and employees across the business
- Management Capability
- Reviewing and comparing internal processes and policies
- Advise line managers in policies, procedures and where appropriate lead on formal ER process
- Management reporting across performance, absence and ad hoc, project based reporting
Candidates should be confident, driven and have experience working in a high volume reactive environments to meet the pace and energy of the organisation.
You will ideally have 3years+ HR experience, be CIPD qualified or equivalent and have a keen interest and experience working in this creative industry.
