Handle are working with an international and world renowned media brand who are looking for an HR Advisor to support the HR function across various client groups within the business.

This is a progressive and highly collaborative HR team and your role will be to provide full generalist support to senior stake holders and line managers but will also be very project focused.
Working for this formidable media brand, you will be responsible for managing end to end ER cases so previous experience doing this will be essential!
You will work on a variety of meaty projects including bonus and annual salary reviews, appraisal reviews, talent mapping processes and a really exciting project around diversity and inclusiveness.
You will also be responsible for management and development of the HR Coordinators in the team which is a great opportunity for personal growth!
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Proactive at identifying emerging issues and implementing long-lasting solutions.
- Delivering on all ER cases.
- Exceptional employment law knowledge to minimise business risk.
- Managing volume recruitment.
- Experience within a fast-paced, dynamic and evolving business.
