Handle HR are pleased to be partnered with a global social media brand to recruit an interim HR Assistant. The HR team are currently busy with various projects so they require additional support during this busy period. As HR Assistant, you will be working closely with the HR Manager to complete administrative tasks, and to coordinate tasks on behalf of various departments. Daily tasks will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for queries
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Updating database with sickness, annual leave, maternity and paternity leave requests
- Preparing letters to send to employees including contracts
- Running reports to support HR projects
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate previous experience supporting with HR admin tasks. The HR team are currently the busiest they have ever been so they require an individual who is proactive, and can work independently as well as part of them. You may find yourself supporting many departments at one time so you need to comfortable working well under pressure. Previous experience gained within the creative industry is highly desirable for this role but not essential so please apply if you demonstrate the essential skills highlighted above. This is an interim role for a period of 3 months, you will be required to start ASAP so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
