Handle are working with this international brand management company who are looking for an exceptional CIPD qualified, commercially focused HR Business Partner to come on board to cover a maternity leave (14 months)
Starting at the end of April, this will be a 14 month maternity cover where you will look after a UK client group of c.200 employees.
Reporting into the HR Director and managing 1 HR Advisor, it will be your responsibility to help review and deliver the business strategy for 2017.
You will be a true generalist with experience of change management pieces, OD, TUPE, talent mapping and creating development initiatives.
Key responsibilities and attributes:-
- Monitor success plans across all departments
- Support the design and implementation of the engagement strategy.
- Build capability within the management team.
- Deal with complex ER cases
- Act as a diversity and inclusion champion
- Oversee the annual salary review.
