Creative business going through an exciting period of change looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join them team on a 12 month fixed term basis.
The business is on a journey towards a new model, meaning a shift in business culture as they move forward.
You will be tasked with getting under the skin of how the business works, really appreciating the business strategy to effectively drive change. You'll work closely with a passionate and driven HR team with a leaning towards the change & culture piece, talent development as well as full generalist involvement.
Skills and experience we'd like you to have
- Strong experience as a HR person within a small/ medium sized business
- A can do, proactive attitude; rolling sleeves up and getting stuck in, including admin when necessary
- Creative streak and the ability to adapt policy/ process to suit this type of environment
- Experience of coaching at all levels
- Prior experience working in the media/marketing/ digital industry
- Strong attention to detail
12 month role with a view to become permanent
