Handle HR are pleased to be partnered with a renowned lifestyle brand to recruit an interim HR Business Partner. The organisation are currently undergoing a major Change programme so they require additional support to deliver this effectively. As HR BP, you will be working closely with the wider HR team, and reporting into the HR Director. You will be required to lead and support on a range of Change initiatives including:
- Restructuring departments with a focus on improving operational effectiveness
- Leading and supporting with redundancies, and redeployment programmes
- Managing complex employee relation cases
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate previous experience of supporting organisations with complex restructure programmes. You must also demonstrate up to date knowledge of employment legislation. As an individual, you must be accustomed to supporting and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, especially when working in an ambiguous environment.
This is an interim vacancy for a period of 6 months initially, paying £200-£300 per day. You will be required to join ASAP so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period. Candidates with previous work experience gained within a lifestyle brand or the creative industries are highly desired, however please apply if you have the suitable skill-set outlined above.
