Handle have partnered with a phenomenal Broadcasting brand in London who are looking for an immediately available HR Business Partner.
This 11 month FTC is to support and business partner their Commercial Functions c. 160 with teams like Music, Digital and Strategy.
Supporting the UK population and multiple business areas, you will be a pragmatic and creative HR Generalist happy doing a mix of strategic work as well as being hands-on.
Reporting into an incredible HR Director but have huge cross over and collaboration with their International Commercial team, you will ensure the company vision and culture are represented at all times.
You will support the business to deliver key projects around org design, TUPE, recruitment, talent development, culture, engagement, (to name a few!)
Being adaptable in your approach will be key, as well as coming into the role with significant experience working in matrix business structures and partnering with a variety of senior stakeholders. Your business areas will include very technical functions, as well as really creative and reactive business areas.
- Org Design - TUPE transfers, mergers, acquisitions
- ER & change management - restructure and redundancy experience
- Recruitment, employee development and engagement, talent planning and management
