With an outstanding culture and people focused approach, the company has never had a massive need for a HR division before but they are now looking for a strong HR professional to come on board with a consultative approach and to help them build HR and all the processes that follow!
It will be your job to come in and do a full audit, identifying what is missing, what needs improving and what needs completely implementing from scratch. You will look at everything from the talent programmes to the employee handbooks, right the way through to their HRIS and engagement initiatives.
