Handle are working with one of the world's leading and most iconic media brands to find an immediately available interim HR Coordinator. This is initially an interim position of three months, with the possibility of the role being made perm.
This is a phenomenal role for someone looking to broaden their HR experience in a dynamic environment based in beautiful central London offices.
Building strong relationships with employees from the outset, you will be responsible for the entire on-boarding process including preparing all paperwork for the employee life cycle from new starters through to leavers.
This role offers great exposure to broaden your HR knowledge. You will be the first point of contact for payroll, benefits and recruitment in a busy and diverse setting.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Update HR database
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Run monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Handle all employee queries
- Solution orientated with an appetite to improve processes.
- Experience using SAP
