Interim Recruiter- Digital Agency

Handle are working on a fantastic opportunity for an interim Recruiter to join a digital creative agency. As interim Recruiter, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders across each business function to identify, and supply talent resources needed to deliver business plans. Daily, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, this will include: taking briefs from hiring managers, sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, as well as offering and supporting with onboarding.
At the moment, the organisation have a range of outstanding vacancies which need to be filled, this includes roles across PR, Comms, social, content, production and experiential.
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate digital marketing knowledge and a track record in proactively building and maintaining talent pipelines. Previous experience gained within a digital agency or in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable for this role as you will be required to meet, and exceed stakeholders expectations in what can be a very demanding environment.
This is an urgent requirement where you will be required to start week commencing 27th January so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
