I'm pleased to be partnered with an advertising agency who are looking to recruit an interim Recruiter to join them for a period of 6 months.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast growing start-up who are responsible for outdoor advertising.
As Interim Recruiter, you will be a part of a wider talent team of 2 people. Your role will be focused on managing the end to end recruitment processes across marketing, product and commercial whilst working with the wider team to ensure best practise recruitment and efficiency. You will be using various recruitment methodologies to ensure that you are attracting the best talent in the market, this will include using their ATS, being a pro user of LinkedIn Recruiter and also thinking creatively of ways to attract candidates.
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate previous in-house recruitment experience, preferably gained within the marketing and advertising industry. You must also have a track record in recruiting across product, commercial and marketing.
As an individual you will demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and must demonstrate a genuine passion to deliver and find ways of improving processes.
This is an interim role where you will be required to start ASAP so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
