Are you an experienced and high volume recruiter? Specialised in Sales & Marketing recruitment?
I am working with a well-established Media company who are looking for a strong in-house recruiter to help increase their sales and marketing headcount across a number of different brands on a 3 month FTC.
They are ideally looking for a generalist recruiter, as well as this, you will need to be a strong direct resourcer who can work at pace and thrive in a relaxed, but high performance culture.
The successful candidate will work on around 15-20 roles, and be able to hit the ground running and build quick and lasting relationships with stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
- Manage the end to end recruitment process - job advertisements, sourcing, scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers/stakeholders, providing feedback
- Recruiting for a wide range of roles, from entry level to senior members of the team
- Manage the applicant tracking system
- Keep up to date with reporting/metrics and provide detailed information regarding vacancies and their status
- Experience in high volume recruitment from entry to senior level roles - sales and marketing
- Positive can do attitude
- Applicant Tracking System experience
