Calling all immediately available Recruiters to join an award-winning, independent communications agency based in London!
A brand new interim opportunity has arisen within an award winning PR & Digital Agency to join them in the New Year for 8 weeks.
Working alongside their Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the consistency of the whole recruitment process through a busy peak period. Duties will range from sourcing candidates to arranging interviews and preparing new starter documentation and raising Purchase Orders.
You will have a passion for talent acquisition and the ability to build strong relationships easily, while exercising a high level of discretion.
- Advertising Live roles
- Monitoring the applications and screening candidate profiles
- Scheduling interviews on Outlook
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter to headhunt talent - LIR Project Management
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written
- Work well under pressure with strong attention to detail
The ideal candidate will have had broad exposure to recruitment, specifically in sourcing from within this industry, a background in PR, Creative, Media Agency Recruitment will be highly desirable as you will mainly be recruiting for account managers - open to applications from in-house or recruitment agency experience.
