Handle are working with this fast growth, international start-up based in West London as they expand their London office. They have an immediate requirement for a recruiter to join them for initially 3 months, potentially longer term.
Working closely with a small and recently formed HR team, you will hit the ground running managing a number of open vacancies, direct sourcing at all levels. You will cover roles from top to bottom in the business, working as a real business partner, tapping into your existing network within the industry.
- Source, engage and activate world class passive candidates
- Develop a world class recruitment and interview strategy
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process by efficiently and effectively filling open positions
- Ensure an amazing candidate experience from first contact to start date
- Excellent sales, marketing and customer success recruitment EQ
- Help build and enhance the recruitment brand
- Savvy with creative sourcing techniques, such as social media, networking events, job advertising
- Conduct follow-up with hiring managers and applicants to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting process
