Handle are excited to be working with an exceptional creative media brand who need an interim Reward Manager to come on board for a 12 month contract.
We are looking for an established and hands on Reward Manager as the company is going through a fantastic time of development and need support managing all aspects of reward.
You will work on key projects such as salary surveys, salary bench-marking, job evaluations and also manage the annual salary and bonus review.
Day to day you will provide general advice on company benefits but will also look at the companies gender pay gap analysis and test new benefits from fresh providers.
Key responsibilities and attributes:-
- Ability to work both operationally and strategically
- Strong relationship builder from the outset
- Proven experience managing end to end compensation processes
- Knowledge of frameworks such as Towers Watson etc.
