Handle HR are pleased to be partnered with a Media Production company to recruit an interim Reward Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to support the implementation of a new Compensation Management System (CURO). You will be required to support with a variety of projects including; annual pay and bonus processes, analysis of reward data, provide recommendations for improvement, and support HR Operations to ensure consistency on a global scale.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Experience and working knowledge of international compensation and remuneration policies.
- In depth experience of designing and interpreting salary surveys, including Towers Watson.
- Good working experience with compensation management systems (ideally CURO).
As an individual, you will be commercially astute and demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing multiple work-streams. An interest and love for numeracy and analysis would be ideal as you'll be required to conduct analysis and confidently interpret patterns to the wider team. An ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification and previous working experience in accountancy and finance is highly desirable for this role but please apply if you have the relevant work experience outlined above.
This is an interim contract for a period of 6 months (with the potential of extension) paying £50-60k, you will be required to start ASAP.
