Handle have partnered with an iconic creative company looking for a Senior HR Manager to come on board for a 12 month maternity cover.
You will have a solid background dealing with ER, redundancies, restructures and enjoy having a full generalist remit and getting under the skin of a business.
Working closely with the VP of HR, you will partner with the senior leadership teams across a variety of business areas, providing expert advice on ER matters, advising and coaching managers through complex cases as well as managing flexible working requests, maternity leave and ad-hoc grievances.
You will be the go to person for advice around restructures and any redundancy processes that may occur during the maternity cover so it is key that you build strong relationships across the business and help drive initiatives across recruitment, benefits and L&D too.
- Help set up tools to produce HR metrics around turnover, absence, recruitment and HR trends.
- Have industry knowledge to ensure HR policies and processes are created and updated effectively to the business.
- Support on a range of ad-hoc HR projects.
- Develop the junior members of the HR team to ensure personal development and growth within the team.
