Handle are working with this innovative and hugely successful organisation who are looking for someone to join their Talent Acquisition team as the Employer Branding expert on an interim basis.
In a varied and challenging remit this person will be responsible for delivering the employer brand strategy, leading company brand relationship management, project management, as well as all the monitoring, data analysis and reporting.
Sitting as part over the overall Talent & HR team, you'll build relationships across both HR and the rest of the business. From designing social content and strategy, through to campaign management, sourcing providers and managing budgets, you'll really have ownership for anything Employer Brand related, its definitely a role you can put your own stamp on. As it's so broad it would definitely suit someone who loves working top to bottom, and not afraid of rolling up your sleeves when required!
- You'll bring demonstrable experience in developing and/or implementing candidate attraction campaigns, ideally in a specialist recruitment marketing role (or extensive experience as part of a talent acquisition role)
- You'll be naturally creative, idea generator and independent thinker with strong influencing skills
- You'll have excellent understanding of best practice within the recruitment marketing space, cutting edge Social Media and online techniques to drive awareness and candidate engagement
- A strategic thinker, you'll also be comfortable with data analysis, knowledge of web analytical tools or other analytics platforms
