I am working with a leading organisation within the Creative industry who are looking for a proactive Interim Tech Recruiter to join the team on for an initial 6 months (possibility to go perm).
They are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter who can support and deliver on Tech focused roles that are based in London.
The roles that you will be recruiting for will primarily be mid-senior Tech roles across Engineering, Product, and Developers.
We're looking for individuals who can embrace a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment that lives and breathes tech.
As a Tech Recruiter, you will lead in partnering with stakeholders, finding and assessing the suitability of experienced, technical candidates for the business. As a result, you will need to be able to:
- Recruit tech talent; engineering, product, developers, digital roles
- Be knowledgeable of the Tech industry, understand trends, changes and relevant market information.
- Be able to manage the full recruitment life cycle from attraction to offer and acceptance
- Have a proven track record of sourcing a high volume of high quality, tech talent whilst working to tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 year's recruitment experience within Tech (in house).
