Working as part of a collaborative, talented and forward-thinking team, you will support a creative and challenging client group to help drive the growth of their technology departments.
It will be a full 360-degree recruitment role, you'll manage relationships across the business and provide a high level of service to your client group and candidates alike.
You must be highly motivated and have a background in recruitment, researching or resourcing tech roles as and have an interest in the ever-evolving tech space. You will focus on finding top tech talents in particular software engineering and product.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have strong experience resourcing for a variety of technical roles - (including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Product, UX and Developers etc.)
- Have experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle and have innovative ideas around recruitment advertising, sourcing, and networking.
- Have a business partnering approach
- Fantastic communication skills and ability to quickly secure credibility in relationships at all levels.
- Work proactively and think outside the box to attract the best candidates.
- Be a people person: you're friendly, social, and genuinely enjoy working with others.
