A permanent role based in the City of London. Our client is a rapidly growing outfit whose goal is to help arts institutes and theatres be more successful through bringing their ticket sales in house.
Ensure both IT hardware and software are efficiently supported throughout the business by being the first point of contact for all support queries either email, telephone or in person. You will also support the rest of the IT team in their work.
Must have skills - Mandatory Skills
1st and 2nd line technical support experience
Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2008/2012 administration
Virtualisation Technologies (e.g. VMware, HyperV, XenServer)
Good to have
Firewall and switch configuration
Atlassian suite (Jira, Stash, Bamboo)
Puppet or other configuration management tool
Delivery of projects from start to finish
