We're looking for a talented IT Service Desk Analyst with experience supporting Windows and Mac technologies to work for one of the biggest names in the music industry, and we're looking for the best of the best.
Someone with ambition, drive and initiative. Someone who not only has great technical skills, but a strong customer service focus. And someone who will thrive working in a fast paced environment, alongside like-minded, creative colleagues.
The role will involve supporting internal staff with IT issues. This will mean picking up the phone, visiting users at their desk, taking ownership of problems and keeping all involved parties informed. You will be the first point of contact for any user, so will spend a significant part of your time dealing with support calls, but will also have the opportunity to get involved with project work. We're looking for people with the right attitude, who will do what is required to get the task completed, and who will tackle every problem with an open mind and an enthusiastic approach.
From a technology point of view, we are looking for people who have supported Microsoft and Apple products, and who knows their way around Windows and Mac operating systems. You will also need experience with Active Directory, and will be comfortable with supporting mobile devices, using service desk software and answering questions relating to common applications (Office, Adobe, Internet browsers etc). Breadth of experience, a logical approach to problem solving and the ability to take ownership of issues through to a successful resolution is what we're looking for here.
