This is a busy environment, so you will need to have your wits about you at all times, and will use your common sense and technical knowledge to manage and prioritise your workload.
The role will be the first point of contact for all IT support matters, so in addition to your technical skills you will need to be customer service focused and able to communicate effectively with users at all levels of seniority. We are looking for people with a positive, proactive attitude and who are keen to learn and progress.
To be considered for this role you will need some form of experience in an IT Support role, ideally in a media / entertainment / creative environment. We are happy to consider graduates with a work placement. In addition we are looking for the following;
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/10 and PC/Laptop hardware set-up and configuration.

- Familiarity with common IT peripherals (printers, mobile phones, tablets etc).
- Basic understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Firewalls).
- Ideally, exposure to Active Directory, Macs, Office 365 and Exchange.
We are looking for people who are able to communicate effectively with people at all levels in a friendly and professional manner. You will need to be strongly customer focused, able to use your initiative and keen to learn.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company at the top of their game, and play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of a first class IT service across the business.
