Handle is working with a leading retail client to recruit an experienced IT Support Analyst.
Joining the IT team of a well-established business you will be responsible for 1st, 2nd, and occasional 3rd Line Support duties.
Looking for a personable and communicative IT Professional with at least 2 years of commercial experience.
The role is wide-ranging and you will need to cover tech support, hardware support, sysadmin, and implementation tasks.
Technical Requirements & Knowledge:
* Experience working in a 1st and 2nd line support role.
* Experience of providing support to Desktop PCs with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
* Experience of Apple Mac OS support
* Microsoft Office 365
* Microsoft Exchange Administration
* Microsoft Active Directory Administration
* Microsoft Windows 2012/2016 Server Administration
* Microsoft WSUS and MDT Windows Deployment
* Microsoft SQL Databases & SSRS Report Writer
* Adobe Creative Cloud
* Knowledge of VMWare ESXi and vCenter solutions
