Handle is working with a luxury catering & hospitality client to recruit an experienced IT Support Analyst.
You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd Line of Support with occasional 3rd Line Duties
The client is one of the worlds leading gourmet catering suppliers to the aviation industry and will soon move into a purpose-built greenfield facility at Heathrow.
Working as the sole support engineer in the UK, you will be required to be self-motivated and resourceful.
You will take responsibility for ensuring continuity of service to the business, reporting into corporate HQ in Europe.

Azure Active Directory
Windows 7 + newer
MS Exchange 2010
Domain Admin knowledge would be good (also Forests)
Knowledge of Cisco Network topology
* Samsung Phones, Android

* Skype & Hangouts meeting
In addition highly desirable to speak German or Turkish
