We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join a successful London based fashion brand and provide day to day IT Support over the course of a six month contract.
Working in a fast paced, sociable environment, you will be the go-to person for all IT issues, and will be expected to take ownership of tickets and manage them through to resolution. This is a great opportunity for a customer service focused IT Support Analyst to work for an inspiring brand, and play a key role in ensuring a positive experience from the IT team.
This will be a varied role, but providing high quality first and second line support will be the core focus. You will be the first point of contact for users, and will need to deal with people face to face, on the phone and via email. You will be expected to investigate problems, and either fix them yourself or escalate them if required. This will require strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work through issues logically and methodically.
To be considered for this role you will need a proven track record of experience working as an IT Support Analyst or similar, ideally in a retail or creative environment. In addition, you will be able to clearly demonstrate the following;
- Strong experience providing first and second line support in a busy environment.
- Solid technical knowledge of Windows and Mac desktop operating systems and hardware.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2008, Exchange, Office 365, Citrix and SQL Server.
- Excellent communication skills.
