Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst with experience providing first and second line support for Windows and Mac technologies to join a media company based in West London on a twelve month contract.

This is going to be an all-encompassing first and second line support role, working in a busy media environment with a demanding user base. You will need to take ownership of issues, and manage them through to a successful conclusion. You will be working as part of a small team, but will be expected to work under your own initiative with minimal direction. You'll need a logical approach to problem solving, and the ability to multi-task in an ever-evolving environment.

To be considered for the role you will need a proven track record of IT Support experience at first and second line level, and you will have worked in a media/creative environment or similar. You will be comfortable working with Windows 10, Office 365 and OSX, and ideally you will have exposure to some form of call logging / service desk software.

In addition to your solid technical ability, you will need first class communication skills. You will be working closely with users, and dealing with issues in person, and will need to do this in a positive, proactive way. You will need to be able to work autonomously, to manage your workload and priorities, and you won't get flustered when things go wrong. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic and engaging, and who will thrive in a fast paced, vibrant office.
