We are looking for an IT Support Analyst with Mac and Windows knowledge to join a London based Creative Agency for a period of twelve months on a fixed term contract.

The core focus of this role will be to provide first and second line technical support to users in the London office. This will mean dealing with people on the phone, via email and face to face, and working quickly to understand problems and provide effective resolutions. In addition, there will be a strong emphasis on educating people with regards new products and technologies. At all times you will need to maintain exceptional standards of customer service, and will need to manage your workload and prioritise effectively.
To be considered for this position, you must have some experience in an IT Support role or similar, ideally in a creative environment. You will be familiar with both Microsoft and Apple technologies, and will have strong problem solving skills, including the ability to investigate an issue and work it through to a logical conclusion. Although this is a contract position, you will have the opportunity to learn new things and work with a broad range of technologies.
In addition, we are looking for people who are able to deliver a high level of customer service. You will be working with a demanding user base in an ever evolving environment, so will need to make quick decisions and provide effective solutions. You will keep calm under pressure, empathise with users, and go the extra mile to get the job done.
