Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Assistant with experience providing first and second line support to join a world famous entertainment brand based in London on a one month contract.

This is going to be an all-encompassing first and second line support role, working in a busy media environment with a demanding user base. You will be working in a service desk environment, and will be the first point of contact for users. You will need to take ownership of issues, and manage them through to a successful resolution. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.

To be considered for the role you will need a proven track record of IT Support experience at first and second line level, and you will have worked in a media/creative environment or similar. You will be comfortable working with Windows 10, Active Directory and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and ideally you will have exposure to ITIL processes and Cisco VoIP telephony systems.

In addition to your solid technical ability, you will need first class communication skills. You will be working closely with users, and will need to do this in a positive, proactive way. You will need to be able to work autonomously, to manage your workload and priorities, and you won't get flustered when things go wrong. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic and engaging, and who will thrive in a fast paced, vibrant office.
