IT Support 1st/2nd Line - Music & Sports Agency, London.

Upto£27,000 - Central London

Handle are currently working with one of our core clients who represent talent across the film, television, music & sports industry. They represent some of the world's leading actors, artists, athletes, coaches and many more disciplines.

You'd be joining an organisation of circa 150 people in their central London office.

They are now looking for someone to join them in an IT Support / Service Desk position. You would be responsible for global phone support and desk side support in the London office, hardware and software installations, and is the first line of support for our customers. The person will also be required to provide phone support to all the offices.

Required Skillset for 1st/2nd Lin IT Support / Service Desk Analyst:

  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Apple, Dell, Lenovo notebooks and desktops.
  • Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Office 2016 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint+ Planner and Teams).
  • Experience in supporting Canon, Ricoh and HP colour printers and copiers including installation, to the configuration, diagnosing failures and to contacting support for repairs.
  • Provide phone + desk side support for over 60mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Windows Mobile, Android, MS Surface).
