We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer service focused IT Support Engineer to provide first and second line IT Support for a growing content agency based in London.
With a diverse team based across two offices, this is a business that is at the forefront of content creation and production, and who work with some of the world's most iconic brands. IT and technology is critical to the success of the company, which is where this role comes in, as you will be tasked with supporting and maintaining IT systems, along with resolving support requests from users. This is a great opportunity to work for an innovative, forward thinking company and play a key role in ensuring the delivery of a first class IT service.
This is an all-encompassing role which will involve every aspect of IT support, from day to day support of the technical infrastructure, to providing efficient desktop support for all business users. You will need to work quickly to understand issues, before troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems. You will also be involved in the proactive support of IT systems, and will help with the delivery of technical projects. This is a fast paced, ever changing environment where you will be expected to use your initiative to ensure you are addressing priorities.
In addition to the technical aspects of the role, you will need a strong customer service focus. You will need to be able to deal with users with varying levels of seniority and technical knowledge, and will be expected to keep people informed and updated at all times. You will build effective working relationships with your colleagues, and will have the confidence to share your opinions and contribute to decisions.
To be considered for this role you must have a proven track record of IT Support experience, and will have worked in a media environment or similar. You will be comfortable providing first and second line technical support, and will have experience with the following technologies;
- Windows and Mac Operating Systems
- Office 365
- Adobe CC
- Exposure to local servers
- Mobile phones, laptops, printers
In addition you will be comfortable with day to day aspects of IT, including setting up new users, administering email accounts, and delivering technical projects.
