Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with Mac and Windows experience for a one week holiday cover contract with a media company based in London.

If you are immediately available, happy to consider a short term role, and have worked in an environment where you have supported Mac users and technologies then this could be a good opportunity for you.

The role itself will involve providing first and second line support to users in a fast paced, creative environment. You will need to have solid technical skills in order to understand and resolve problems, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your workload. As it's only a short term role, we need someone who will be up to speed as soon as possible.

To be considered for the role, you will need proven experience working on an IT service desk, ideally in a small to medium sized company. You will also need experience with the following technologies;

  • Active Directory
  • Google G-Suite
  • Apple Macs
  • Microsoft Office Suite on both PCs and Macs
  • Adobe Creative Suite

In addition, you will need strong communication and time management skills, and the ability to work under your own initiative. This role will suit someone who has worked in a media / creative environment previously, and is used to the personalities / technologies involved.

If you are available and interested then please contact Will Fraser at Handle Recruitment for more information.
