IT Support Engineer / Service Desk Engineer / 1st/2nd Line Support - Music Industry

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a 1st/2nd line support role
  • Experience working in a Creative/Music/Broadcast/Media setting
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Mac OS
  • Experience with general administration of Active Directory
  • Familiar with iOS & Android devices
  • Good knowledge of Office 2016
  • Experience with Zoom, Okta, JAMF Casper
