- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a 1st/2nd line support role
- Experience working in a Creative/Music/Broadcast/Media setting
- Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Mac OS
- Experience with general administration of Active Directory
- Familiar with iOS & Android devices
- Good knowledge of Office 2016
- Experience with Zoom, Okta, JAMF Casper
