Job Description

Handle is working with a Global Media Corporation to recruit an experienced and self-starting IT Support Specialist to cover their fast growing London offices.

The role is wide-ranging and will require a mature individual who can work with minimal supervision in a pro-active manner.

You will be responsible for supporting all local employees, managing suppliers, delivering group policy and working with international teams to deliver a best of breed It service.

This will be a challenging but rewarding role in one of the worlds largest media rights-owning companies.

Strong preference for prior experience working in the media or broadcast sector.

Skills and experience

Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer
hardware/software systems, including:
o Active Directory Windows 2012-2016 Environment
o Cisco Switches and Network topology some experience desired
o Desktop support experience with Dell Laptops, ASUS laptops, HP PC's and
Apple Hardware
o Cisco IP phones 8841 Cisco DX3650 IP phones
o Smart mobile devices - iPhone-Android
WIN server File and Print locally
o Windows 10 Enterprise and Apple IOS environment
o Cisco ACS system for Wi-Fi
o Amino and Sky knowledge of services and devices
o Some Polycom Audio Visual and conference services
o Click and other Audio Visual Services
o MFD or Samsung Multi-Functional devices
 Knowledge on the following is an advantage.
o MS System Center Suite.
o Cisco firewalls and Switches


Abilities:
 Build strong business partner relationships with key stakeholders and gain their trust
 Manage multiple stakeholder requirements & priorities, and ensure that deadlines are met
 Quickly assess technology issues and be able to make clear recommendations to solve them
 Work on one's own initiative, be self-motivating, and self-sufficient
 Eager and able to learn quickly new skills based on the evolution of the company technology stack
 French and/ or Arabic would be an advantage
