IT User Security Administrator

£29,000-£33,000

Handle are currently working with a Luxury Retail/eCommerce Brand in Central London. They are a well-known fashion brand who are breaking boundaries in the eCommerce world. Technology is the driving force behind their success and is at the heart of their growth.

They are now looking for an IT User Security Administrator who has either had leadership experience in the past or is happy to step into a leadership position. You won't be managing a team, but you will be managing the workloads of at least two other IT User Security Administrators. Therefore you must have the confidence and acumen to step into this role.

You will be joining their successful and ever-growing Enterprise Technology Services team where you will be delivering first class support services to this growing brand.

Ideally, this person will come from a role where you have been working within a busy IT team servicing large scale businesses.

Responsibilities of IT User Administrator:

-Administer access to applications and services for starters, movers, leavers in line with security policies

-Ensuring account creation process is consistently recorded across systems to the correct standards

-Ensure all requests are responded to and resolved within SLA

The skill set of IT User Security Administrator:

-Previous experience in a fast paced ITIL IT environment is a must

-Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service

-Have lead or managed other User Security Administrators in the past
