Service Desk Analyst - Luxury ECommerce Brand.
£150 day/rate | 6 months
Handle are currently working with a Luxury eCommerce Brand in Central London. Due to a number of new projects & recent growth they are in need of one more Service Desk Analyst within their team.
This will be a first line support role for a global business, which is going through some exciting developments and growth. You will be working in fast-paced ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) environment, so experience in this IT Support environment would be necessary.
Key Responsibilities of Service Desk Analyst (ITIL):
-Supporting 3,000+ Users in an ITIL Environment
-1st Line Support across both Windows & Mac
-Resolve incident and service requests tickets using the service management tool
Key Skill Set for Service Desk Analyst (ITIL):
-2 years' experience within an ITIL-aligned IT Support environment
-Windows & Mac experience
- Active Directory Support Skills
-Have worked in a performance managed environment
