Service Desk Analyst | Contract, London.
£150 day/rate | 6 months
Handle are currently working with a Luxury Retail/eCommerce Brand in Central London. Due to a number of new projects & recent growth they are in need of one more Service Desk Analyst within their team.
Please note the hours of this role are: 15.30-0.00
This will be a first line support role for a global business, which is going through some exciting developments and growth. You will be working in fast-paced ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) environment, so experience in this IT Support environment would be necessary.
Start Date will be the Monday 10th of July the hours will be 07.00-15.30
Key Responsibilities of Service Desk Analyst (ITIL):
-Supporting 3,000+ Users in an ITIL Environment
-1st Line Support across both Windows & Mac
-Resolve incident and service requests tickets using the service management tool
Key Skill Set for Service Desk Analyst (ITIL):
-2 years' experience within an ITIL-aligned IT Support environment
-Windows & Mac experience
- Active Directory Support Skills
-Have worked in a performance managed environment
