Handle Recruitment is working exclusively with a boutique design business based in the heart of London's West-End to find an entry-level Junior PA / Office Assistant to join their friendly team.
The role is varied and will see the successful candidate work directly with the MD to provide PA support, as well as providing wider assistance to the team as and when things arise. The company are small and work collaboratively, and this role offers plenty of exposure to the different departments within the business. It will suit a bright grad or school leaver who is keen to secure their first role in London and take their first step in their career.
Junior PA / Office Assistant - The role
- Organise the MD's diary and manage meeting requests
- Collecting lunches, booking taxis and couriers for the team as required
- Draft and collate documents and presentations
- Take notes in meetings
- Proof read documents and presentations
- Ensure that meeting follow-ups are carried out
- Field calls and emails
- Organise meetings, including room booking, catering and meeting and greeting of guests
- Book travel as required
Junior PA / Office Assistant - The Candidate
