Junior WordPress & PHP Developer

Full-Time Permanent role, but with Semi Remote working - Central London

£28,000 - £35,000

Handle are currently working with a WordPress Agency in London. They are a modest size, but very good at what they do and have a fantastic reputation in the market. Our client work with very well-known and prestigious clients. They specialise in WordPress & PHP Web builds and they are now in need of a Junior WordPress Developer to take that next step up in their development career.

This role is a junior position because although you will need to know your way around WordPress this will mainly be the maintenance and support of their current WordPress sites.

As well as this you will have some client contact in the support & maintenance of the WordPress & PHP sites.

This role is a semi-remote position so you're time will be split between their Central London office, working from home and occasionally visiting clients.

To be successful in this role you must have some experience with WordPress, but this may be your first full-time permanent role and be happy to be involved in the client-side process as well. Some experience of maintaining WordPress sites would be very advantageous.

Key Skill Set for Junior WordPress & PHP Developer:

-Experience with WordPress Development

-Code in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Jquery, CSS

-Clear Communicator and confident to interact with clients

-Open to remote working

-Understand Front End Processes (CSS/HTML/JavaScript)
